Isu-122 with a sport mode that's always on. Sounds like my civic. It wouldn't be in a folder and needed to be researched now if it wouldn't be better than a regular ISU-122. Putting it out of the folder isn't the best because it removes this choice of getting a better version of your tank or a new one.

The ISU 122's aren't terrible. You definately don't want to meet Ferdis or Royal Tigers face-to-face. Great reverse if you need to run away but a pain the ass to maneuver whether spaded or not.. MankeyManksyo • 8 yr. ago. the ISU-122S has the fastest reloading 122 and is a low SP costing TD. It's a great secondary on city maps. I love playing the ISU-122/S/152 tbh, because people tend to either ignore you, or see you as a free kill and blindly charge. Have had a few 6-9 kill games in SB using the 152.

Description. The ISU-152 is a Soviet self-propelled heavy howitzer used during World War II. It is very similar to the SU-152, mounting the same 152 mm ML-20S howitzer on an IS heavy tank chassis. Since the main armament was mounted in a casemate, it required repositioning the entire vehicle using the tracks, which made it awkward to aim.

It havent AT capabilities (or AP shells), except indeed a very close range combat, when HE shells can blow up a turret of a german armor. But such close distance i guess it is in theory because SU-122 was suporting by T-34-85 or SU-76 (early) and this was stand behind of tanks in real combat.

Overall, the SU-122-54 is protected decently from all sides, except from the engine deck and crew compartment rear, which are only able to withstand 37 mm at point blank.
